Below are some common questions answered regarding orders.

No, the balls (Orbeez/water beads) are not edible or ingestible. Please do not put them in your mouth. Parental supervision is recommended for children age 10 and under.

Absolutely! Since all our Picky Pad Fidget Toys are handmade, we do accept custom requests. DM us on Instagram and we’ll do our best to bring your ideas to life.

Our sensory toys are thoughtfully designed for all ages — kids, teens, and adults. They provide calming sensory input, help manage stress and anxiety, and support focus and healthy habits for those with ADHD, autism, and BFRBs. Our primary goal when hand-making our squishy fidget toys is to help alleviate skin picking and hair pulling urges.

Recommended for ages 10+, with parental supervision advised for children under 10 to ensure safe and appropriate use.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Kindly note that the processing and shipping of your order may take between 2 to 5 full business days since our fidget toys are handmade to order.

Please keep in mind that weekends and major holidays are not considered business days, and the estimated shipping time is not included in this timeframe.

Please note that the transit times provided below are estimations. Please be aware that delays in transit may occur due to factors such as postal operation errors, adverse weather conditions, weekends, and holidays. It is important to understand that the selected shipping method pertains solely to the shipping time and does not encompass our processing time, which typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days.

US and Canada: 4 - 8 Business Days

International: 7 - 14 Business Days

We offer international shipping to the majority of countries.

Delivery timeframes and shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout prior to payment. Please note that in some cases, our sensory toys may take up to a month to arrive due to customs or tax processing.

It is your responsibility to cover any potential customs or duties fees imposed by your country for international shipments. Shipping and customs/duties fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we have implemented a strict policy regarding the return or exchange of our Picky Pad Fidget Toys. 

Please note that due to the nature of Picky Pads as a sensory toy, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for health and sanitary reasons.

The customer bears the responsibility for providing and verifying the correct address during checkout. We cannot be held liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If you require an urgent address change, please email help.pickables@outlook.com no later than the day following your order placement. Include your order number and full name when requesting an address change.

Please note that address changes are not guaranteed after this deadline.

Please email us at help.pickables@outlook.com with a full picture of the damaged item or package and we will work to provide a solution for you typically within 3-4 business days. In most cases, we will provide you with a replacement item of your choice.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within three days of your receipt of your order. The time frame is made to ensure a solid proof is shown.

In the event that your tracking information indicates delivery of your package but you are unable to locate it, it is possible that the carrier has placed it in a secure location for your convenience.

We recommend checking your mailbox, porch, garage, and also reaching out to your neighbors as it may have been delivered to them by mistake. It’s also important to contact your local post office incase your package is being held there.

Occasionally, packages may be scanned as 'delivered' prematurely. If more than 1-2 days have passed since the status was updated to 'delivered', we suggest filing a claim directly with Canada Post. Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages marked as "delivered".
